Codifying Pre-Unionization Rights and Privileges. The Company agrees that the intention of the parties is to ensure that Owner Operators, in addition to the improvements to their terms and conditions set out in this Collective Agreement, continue to enjoy no less than the remuneration, rights, entitlements, privileges, and/or benefits provided before recognition and/or certification of the Union. In the event that the negotiation of this First Collective Agreement, by omission or error, has failed to account for any aspect of Owner Operators’ pre-unionization remuneration, rights, entitlements, privileges, and/or benefits, all relevant information about the issue shall be shared with the Union by the Company so that it can be fairly and transparently investigated and addressed.
