Common use of COLA Payments Clause in Contracts

COLA Payments. Any cost-of-living allowance amounts rolled in to basic rates of pay on or after July 1, 2006 pursuant to Article III , Part B of the National IAM Agreement dated September 1, 2005 (or any local counterpart agreement) shall be excluded before application of the general wage increases provided for in this Section 1 and eliminated from basic rates of pay after application of such increases.

COLA Payments. Any cost-of-living allowance amounts rolled in to basic rates of pay on or after July 1I, 2006 2005 pursuant to Article III III, Part B of the National IAM Arbitrated IBEW Agreement dated September 1effective November 5, 2005 2004 pursuant to the Award of Arbitration Board No. 582 (or any local counterpart agreement) shall be excluded before application of the general wage increases provided for in this Section 1 I and eliminated from basic rates of pay after application of such increasesIncreases.

COLA Payments. COLA Payments. Any cost-of-living allowance amounts rolled in to basic rates of pay on or after July 1, 2006 2005 pursuant to Article III III, Part B of the August 20, 2002 National IAM UTU Agreement dated September 1(Document “B”), 2005 as amended, (or any local counterpart agreement) provision), shall be excluded before application of the general wage increases provided for in this Section 1 Article I and eliminated from basic rates of pay after application of such increases.
