COLLABORATIVE SERVICES. CAFCO PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT The agrees to participate in the collaborative procurement effort to purchase food, being offered through the Lancaster-Lebanon Intermediate Unit 13 (IU13) and facilitated by IU13 Collaborative Services. This agreement will be in effect for fiscal year July 1, 2020 through June 30, 2021. Bidders will base their pricing on anticipated volumes from the entire group. As a result, districts participating will be held accountable for their requirements vs. actual quantities, and the integrity of the bid process.
