Marketing Services. The Manager shall provide advice and assistance in the marketing of the Vessels, including the identification of potential customers, identification of Vessels available for charter opportunities and preparation of bids.
Marketing Services. Marketing 360® Services include, but are not limited to, the following products. Not all of these services are applicable to all accounts, please check your Service Agreement for the list of products and services included in your specific package:
Marketing Services. The Franchisor may, in its sole discretion, offer marketing and merchandising services to the Franchisee at rates that are competitive with those charged by third parties offering similar services. The Franchisee may utilize such services, if they are offered, at the Franchisee’s option. Services offered by the Franchisor may include marketing consulting, graphic design, copywriting, advertising, public relations and merchandising consultations.
Marketing Services. This clause 11. applies if the Services provided by the Consultant include marketing, advertising, public relations, corporate affairs or communications services in addition to the terms which relate to Services generally.
Marketing Services. Novation, in conjunction with the Clients, will market the purchasing arrangements covered by this Agreement to the Members. Such promotional services may include, as appropriate, the use of direct mail, contact by Novation's field service delivery team, member support services, and regional and national meetings and conferences. As appropriate, Novation, in conjunction with the Clients, will involve Supplier in these promotional activities by inviting Supplier to participate in meetings and other reasonable networking activities with Members.
Marketing Services. Manager, at its sole discretion and with due regard to the economic costs and anticipated benefits, may provide, or cause to be provided, the following marketing services to P.C.:
(i) promotion of the Sites' services and facilities by marketing representatives of Manager through contact with referring physicians and potential referring physicians;
(ii) preparation and distribution of informational and promotional materials, including descriptions of services, fee schedules, newsletters, testimonials and other sales promotional pieces, subject to prior approval of P.C., which shall be deemed to be given unless Manager receives written disapproval within three (3) days after P.C. receives the promotional materials;
(iii) subject to the need of certain third party payors to maintain some form of exclusivity, promotion of the Sites through contact and continued liaison with administrative directors of area HMO's, PPO's, unions and self-insured clients and other third-party payors; and
(iv) conducting open house receptions for new Sites, seminars for physicians and office staff, speaking engagements for physicians who request Manager to assist them in organizing such engagements, newspaper interviews and magazine articles when initiated and requested by an interviewer or magazine.
Marketing Services. The Contractor shall provide advice and assistance in the marketing of the Company’s Vessels, including the identification of potential customers, identification of Vessels available for charter opportunities and preparation of bids.
Marketing Services. Except as otherwise provided herein, Master Franchisee shall provide the following marketing services in respect of all Restaurants in the Territory (collectively, the “Marketing Services”): (i) advertising, sales promotion, media buying, design, development, and public relations for the benefit of Franchisees and the Restaurants located in the Territory; (ii) administering the Advertising Fund; and (iii) any other related services required to be performed by Master Franchisee pursuant to the Company Franchise Agreement and the Franchise Agreements with Franchisees.
Marketing Services. The Contractor shall:
i. Submit to the Division for prior written approval complete marketing activities annually.
ii. Submit all new and/or revised marketing and informational materials to the Division before their planned distribution. The Division will approve, deny, or ask for modifications to the materials within thirty (30) days of the date of receipt by the Division. (42 CFR § 438.104)
iii. The Contractor may distribute marketing materials to Medicaid beneficiaries where the beneficiary is currently enrolled with the Contractor.
iv. Coordinate and submit to the Division all of its schedules, plans, and informational materials for community education, networking and outreach programs. The schedule shall be submitted to the Division at least two (2) weeks prior to any event.
v. Assure that all marketing and informational materials shall set forth the Xxxxxx-Xxxxxxx readability scores at or below sixth (6th) grade reading level and certify compliance therewith.
vi. Be subject to a fine or other sanctions if it conducts any marketing activity that is not approved in writing by the Division. (42 CFR § 438.700).
Marketing Services. Distributor agrees to provide COREL the Marketing Services as further described in Schedule "J" attached hereto.
