Collateral Agent May Have Separate Relationship with Parties. The Collateral Agent (or any affiliate of the Collateral Agent) may, notwithstanding the fact that it is the Collateral Agent, act as a lender to the Company and lend money to, and generally engage in any kind of business with such party in the same manner and to the same effect as though it were not the Collateral Agent; and such business shall not constitute a breach of any obligation of the Collateral Agent to the other Purchasers.
