Collateral Agent’s Lien. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, as security for the payment of Collateral Agent Fees (a) the Collateral Agent is hereby granted a lien upon all Collateral and (b) the Collateral Agent shall have the right to use and apply any of the funds held by the Collateral Agent in the Collateral Account to cover such Collateral Agent Fees.
