Common use of Collateral Cost Clause in Contracts

Collateral Cost. for any fiscal quarter ending after the sixth anniversary of the Distribution Date and on or prior to the seventh anniversary of the Distribution Date shall equal the sum of (a) the Billed Cost for such fiscal quarter plus (b) 100 basis points multiplied by the average daily face amount of the Collateral for such fiscal quarter as determined by Yellow.

Collateral Cost. for any fiscal quarter ending after the sixth fifth anniversary of the Distribution Date and on or prior to the seventh sixth anniversary of the Distribution Date shall equal the sum of (a) the Billed Cost for such fiscal quarter plus (b) 100 75 basis points multiplied by the average daily face amount of the Collateral for such fiscal quarter as determined by Yellow.

Collateral Cost. for any fiscal quarter ending after the sixth second anniversary of the Distribution Date and on or prior to the seventh fourth anniversary of the Distribution Date shall equal the sum of (a) the Billed Cost for such fiscal quarter plus (b) 100 25 basis points multiplied by the average daily face amount of the Collateral for such fiscal quarter as determined by Yellow.

Collateral Cost. for any fiscal quarter ending after the sixth fourth anniversary of the Distribution Date and on or prior to the seventh fifth anniversary of the Distribution Date shall equal the sum of (a) the Billed Cost for such fiscal quarter plus (b) 100 50 basis points multiplied by the average daily face amount of the Collateral for such fiscal quarter as determined by Yellow.
