Common use of Collateral Manager Reimbursements Clause in Contracts

Collateral Manager Reimbursements. The Collateral Manager shall be entitled to be reimbursed from amounts on deposit in, or to be deposited in, the Collection Account with respect to a Collection Period for amounts previously deposited in the Collection Account but later determined by the Collateral Manager to have resulted from mistaken deposits or postings or checks returned for insufficient funds. The amount to be reimbursed hereunder shall be paid to the Collateral Manager on the related Distribution Date pursuant to Section 8.5(xiii). Upon the request of the Facility Agent or any Lender, the Collateral Manager shall certify any amount to be reimbursed hereunder and shall supply such other information as may be necessary in the opinion of the Facility Agent to verify the accuracy of such certification. The Facility Agent shall not be under any obligation to make the request described in the immediately preceding sentence.
