Common use of Collateral Records Clause in Contracts

Collateral Records. The Borrower shall keep full and accurate books and records relating to the Collateral and shall xxxx such books and records to indicate the Bank’s Lien in the Collateral, including placing a legend, in form and content acceptable to the Bank, on all Chattel Paper created by the Borrower indicating that the Bank has a Lien in such Chattel Paper.
