Common use of Collection Account Statements Clause in Contracts

Collection Account Statements. Not later than fifteen (15) days after each Distribution Date, the Servicer shall forward to the Master Servicer and the Securities Administrator, the Trustee and the Depositor, a statement prepared by the institution at which the Collection Account is maintained setting forth the status of the Collection Account as of the close of business on such Distribution Date and showing, for the period covered by such statement, the aggregate amount of deposits into and withdrawals from the Collection Account of each category of deposit specified in Section 3.08(a) and each category of withdrawal specified in Section 3.09. Copies of such statement and any similar statements provided by the Servicer shall be provided by the Securities Administrator to any Certificateholder and to any Person identified to the Securities Administrator as a prospective transferee of a Certificate, upon request at the expense of the requesting party, provided such statement is delivered by the Servicer to the Securities Administrator.
