Common use of Collection and Attorney Fees and Costs Clause in Contracts

Collection and Attorney Fees and Costs. If we or our Vendor advance funds on your behalf to complete a payment for which there are not sufficient funds in your account to reimburse us or our Vendor for the payment, you will immediately repay us or our Vendor for the amount advanced. Either we or our Vendor may contact you to notify you of the advance and your immediate obligation to repay it to us or our Vendor. If you do not immediately repay the amount owed, you agree to pay all collection agency fees and costs and/or attorney’s fees and court costs if we or our Vendor refer your obligation to repay to a collection agency and/or an attorney for collection.
