Collection and Enforcement Costs. Maker, upon demand, shall pay Holder for all actual out-of-pocket costs and expenses, including without limitation attorneys’ fees, paid or incurred by Holder in connection with the collection of any sum due hereunder, or in connection with the enforcement of any of Holder’s rights or Maker’s obligations under this Note, the Portfolio Mortgages or any of the other Loan Documents.
