Common use of Collection Fees Clause in Contracts

Collection Fees. If in the course of collecting any money you may owe us we incur expenses or fees, we may take those from your account, including attorneys’ fees unless applicable law prohibits us from doing so because a law suit was not instituted. If there are not sufficient available funds in your account to cover these expenses or fees, the unpaid balance of such fees or expenses is your responsibility.
