Tuition Fees. The Employer agrees to pay tuition fees for continuing education courses as follows:
a) Employer initiated – 100% of course fees upon successful completion of course.
b) Employee initiated – 50% of course fees upon successful completion. Courses must be employment-related and approved, in writing, by the Employer in advance.
Tuition Fees. An employee in the bargaining unit may take, for a fee of twenty dollars ($20.00) per course plus the cost of required course materials, on the employee's own time:
(a) approved programs or courses, with regulated tuition fees; or,
(b) other courses or programs as are mutually agreed, which the College currently offers. The employee must meet the College entrance and admission requirements and is subject to academic policies.
Tuition Fees. Tuition fees will be waived for Faculty Members who register in those credit courses which are accepted by their Xxxx as having direct relevance to their College functions. The Registrar shall confirm that seats reserved for specific student groups are retained and that the Faculty Member satisfies course admission requirements.

Tuition Fees. The following scales will apply, a) Reimbursement at the rate of 100% may be approved for a language training course at a recognized institution approved by the employer. b) Reimbursement at the rate of 100% may be approved for education or training considered immediately pertinent to the performance of the job and of direct necessity to the Library. c) Reimbursement at the rate of 75% may be approved for education or training appropriate to the work of the Library or for compulsory courses toward a diploma or a degree appropriate to the work of the Library but not deemed immediately essential. d) Reimbursement at the rate of 50% may be approved for other education or training deemed to be desirable to the Library or useful to the improvement of the individual’s performance.
Tuition Fees. 14.1 Every student is charged a tuition fee for each year of their programme. 14.2 You must pay the tuition fees for your programme and any other charges you incur to the College by the due date. If a third party is paying these amounts on your behalf (such as Student Finance England), you must make sure that payment is made on time.
14.3 If your tuition fees are not paid in full on time, you may be referred to a debt collection agent and risk having your award withheld and graduation deferred, or not being allowed to re-enrol on a programme until all arrears have been paid. The College’s Fees Policy will apply (which is available on the College’s website).
14.4 If you raise what the College considers to be a genuine dispute regarding an invoice for tuition fees and notify the College of that dispute promptly after receiving the invoice, then, until the dispute has been resolved, the College will not exercise its rights under paragraph 14.3 and will allow you to continue with your programme.
Tuition Fees. Sponsor shall conduct all registration of students and collect tuition fees. Sponsor may establish tuition fees for its students which it deems appropriate, provided that Sponsor shall pay NAR the Course Fee as specified in Section 3(c) of this Agreement.

Tuition Fees. Where the employee holds a part-time appointment for a minimum period of 12 months the employee may claim payment of tuition fees in the same proportion that the appointment bears to full-time, e.g. a half-time appointee may claim half of the full-time fees reimbursement.
Tuition Fees. 1. CSRE encourages Licensee to offer the Course and/or Presentation for free tuition or at cost so that the greatest number of students may register for it.
