Common use of Collection Guidelines Clause in Contracts

Collection Guidelines. The Servicer will (A) comply in all material respects with the Collection Guidelines in regard to each Loan and Contract, and (B) furnish to the Trust Collateral Agent quarterly, prompt notice of any material change in the Collection Guidelines and will deliver a copy of such changes to the Trust Collateral Agent, quarterly.

Collection Guidelines. The Servicer will (A) comply in all material respects with the Collection Guidelines in regard to each Loan and Contract, and (B) furnish to the Trust Collateral Agent Agent, the Class A Insurer and the Backup Insurer quarterly, prompt notice of any material change in the Collection Guidelines and will deliver a copy of such changes to the Trust Collateral Agent, the Class A Insurer and the Backup Insurer, quarterly.

(i) The Servicer will (Aa) comply in all material respects with the Collection Guidelines in regard to each Loan and Contract, and (Bb) furnish to the Trust Collateral Deal Agent quarterly, prompt notice of any material change in the Collection Guidelines and will deliver a copy of such changes to the Trust Collateral Deal Agent and each Liquidity Agent, quarterly.
