Common use of Collection of Monies Clause in Contracts

Collection of Monies. (a) In connection with its receipt of any distribution on the Pooled Certificates on any Pooled Certificate Distribution Date, the Trustee shall review the related Pooled Certificate Distribution Date Information and shall confirm that the aggregate amount of such distribution received is consistent with the Pooled Certificate Distribution Date Information (it being understood that the Trustee shall be entitled to rely on the accuracy and correctness of the Pooled Certificate Distribution Date Information).
