Common use of Collection of Revenues Clause in Contracts

Collection of Revenues. In connection with the exercise by Collateral Agent of the rights and remedies provided for in subparagraph (a)(ii) of this Paragraph 17: (i) Collateral Agent may notify any tenant, lessee or licensee of the Property, either in the name of Collateral Agent or Mortgagor, to make payment of Revenues directly to Collateral Agent or Collateral Agent's agents, may advise any person of Collateral Agent's interest in and to the Revenues, and may collect directly from such tenants, lessees and licensees all amounts due on account of the Revenues; (ii) At Collateral Agent's request, Mortgagor will provide written notification to any or all tenants, lexxxxx xxx licensees of the Property concerning Collateral Agent's interest in the Revenues and will request that such tenants, lessees and licensees forward payment thereof directly to Collateral Agent; (iii) Mortgagor shall hold any proceeds and collections of any of the Revenues in trust for Collateral Agent and shall not commingle such proceeds or collections with any other funds of Mortgagor; and (iv) Mortgagor shall deliver all such proceeds to Collateral Agent immediately upon the receipt thereof by Mortgagor in the identical form received, but duly endorsed or assignxx xx xxxalf of Mortgagor to Collateral Agent.

Collection of Revenues. In connection with the exercise by Collateral Agent of the rights and remedies provided for in subparagraph (a)(ii) of this Paragraph 1718: (i) Collateral Agent may notify any tenant, lessee or licensee of the Property, either in the name of Collateral Agent or MortgagorGrantor, to make payment of Revenues directly to Collateral Agent or Collateral Agent's agents, may advise any person of Collateral Agent's interest in and to the Revenues, and may collect directly from such tenants, lessees and licensees all amounts due on account of the Revenues; (ii) At Collateral Agent's request, Mortgagor Grantor will provide written notification to any or all tenants, lexxxxx xxx lessees and licensees of the Property concerning Collateral Agent's interest in the Revenues and will request that such tenants, lessees and licensees forward payment thereof directly to Collateral Agent; (iii) Mortgagor Grantor shall hold any proceeds and collections of any of the Revenues in trust for Collateral Agent and shall not commingle such proceeds or collections with any other funds of MortgagorGrantor; and (iv) Mortgagor Grantor shall deliver all such proceeds to Collateral Agent immediately upon the receipt thereof by Mortgagor Grantor in the identical form received, but duly endorsed or assignxx xx xxxalf assigned on behalf of Mortgagor Grantor to Collateral Agent.

Collection of Revenues. In connection with the exercise by Collateral Agent Xxxxxx of ---------------------- the rights and remedies provided for in subparagraph (a)(ii) of this Paragraph 17Paragraph: (i) Collateral Agent Lender may notify any tenant, lessee or licensee of the Property, either in the name of Collateral Agent Lender or MortgagorBorrower, to make payment of Revenues directly to Collateral Agent Lender or Collateral AgentLender's agents, may advise any person of Collateral AgentXxxxxx's interest in and to the Revenues, and may collect directly from such tenants, lessees and licensees all amounts due on account of the Revenues; (ii) At Collateral AgentLender's request, Mortgagor Borrower will provide written notification to any or all tenants, lexxxxx xxx lessees and licensees of the Property concerning Collateral AgentXxxxxx's interest in the Revenues and will request that such tenants, lessees and licensees forward payment thereof directly to Collateral AgentLender; (iii) Mortgagor Borrower shall hold any proceeds and collections of any of the Revenues in trust for Collateral Agent Lender and shall not commingle such proceeds or collections with any other funds of MortgagorBorrower; and (iv) Mortgagor Borrower shall deliver all such proceeds to Collateral Agent Lender immediately upon the receipt thereof by Mortgagor Borrower in the identical form received, but duly endorsed or assignxx xx xxxalf assigned on behalf of Mortgagor Borrower to Collateral AgentLender. The acceptance of payments and funds, and the application of such payments and funds after the commencement of any foreclosure proceedings shall not waive or impair such foreclosure or the defaults in the Secured Obligations.

Collection of Revenues. In connection with the exercise by Collateral Agent Mortgagee of the rights and remedies provided for in subparagraph (a)(ii) of this Paragraph 1718: (i) Collateral Agent Mortgagee may notify any tenant, lessee or licensee of the Property, either in the name of Collateral Agent Mortgagee or Mortgagor, to make payment of Revenues directly to Collateral Agent Mortgagee or Collateral AgentMortgagee's agents, may advise any person of Collateral AgentMortgagee's interest in and to the Revenues, and may collect directly from such tenants, lessees and licensees all amounts due on account of the Revenues; (ii) At Collateral AgentMortgagee's request, Mortgagor will provide written notification to any or all tenantstexxxxx, lexxxxx xxx xxssees and licensees of the Property concerning Collateral AgentMortgagee's interest in the Revenues and will request that such tenants, lessees and licensees forward payment thereof directly to Collateral AgentMortgagee; (iii) Mortgagor shall hold any proceeds and collections of any of the Revenues in trust for Collateral Agent Mortgagee and shall not commingle such proceeds or collections with any other funds of Mortgagor; and (iv) Mortgagor shall deliver all such proceeds to Collateral Agent Mortgagee immediately upon the receipt thereof by Mortgagor in the identical form received, but duly endorsed or assignxx xx xxxalf xxxxxxed on behalf of Mortgagor to Collateral AgentMortgagee.

Collection of Revenues. In connection with the exercise by Collateral Agent Mortgagee of the rights and remedies provided for in subparagraph (a)(ii) of this Paragraph 1718: (i) Collateral Agent Mortgagee may notify any tenant, lessee or licensee of the Property, either in the name of Collateral Agent Mortgagee or Mortgagor, to make payment of Revenues directly to Collateral Agent Mortgagee or Collateral AgentMortgagee's agents, may advise any person of Collateral AgentMortgagee's interest in and to the Revenues, and may collect directly from such tenants, lessees and licensees all amounts due on account of the Revenues; (ii) At Collateral AgentMortgagee's request, Mortgagor will provide written notification to any or all tenants, lexxxxx xxx lessees and licensees of the Property concerning Collateral AgentMortgagee's interest in the Revenues and will request that such tenants, lessees and licensees forward payment thereof directly to Collateral AgentMortgagee; (iii) Mortgagor shall hold any proceeds and collections of any of the Revenues in trust for Collateral Agent Mortgagee and shall not commingle such proceeds or collections with any other funds of Mortgagor; and (iv) Mortgagor shall deliver all such proceeds to Collateral Agent Mortgagee immediately upon the receipt thereof by Mortgagor in the identical form received, but duly endorsed or assignxx xx xxxalf assigned on behalf of Mortgagor to Collateral AgentMortgagee.

Collection of Revenues. In connection with the exercise by Collateral Agent Mortgagee of the rights and remedies provided for in subparagraph (a)(ii) of this Paragraph 1719.1.2: (i) Collateral Agent 19.4.1 Mortgagee may notify any tenant, lessee or licensee of the Mortgaged Property, either in the name of Collateral Agent Mortgagee or Mortgagor, to make payment of Revenues revenues directly to Collateral Agent Mortgagee or Collateral Agent's Mortgagee’s agents, may advise any person of Collateral Agent's Mortgagee’s interest in and to the Revenues, Revenues and may collect directly from such tenants, lessees and licensees all amounts due on account of the such Revenues; (ii) 19.4.2 At Collateral Agent's Mortgagee’s request, Mortgagor will provide written notification to any or all tenants, lexxxxx xxx lessees and licensees of the Mortgaged Property concerning Collateral Agent's Mortgagee’s interest in the Revenues and will request that such tenants, lessees and licensees forward payment thereof directly to Collateral AgentMortgagee; (iii) 19.4.3 Mortgagor shall hold any proceeds and collections of any of the Revenues in trust for Collateral Agent Mortgagee and shall not commingle such proceeds or collections with any other funds of Mortgagor; and (iv) 19.4.4 Mortgagor shall deliver all such proceeds to Collateral Agent Mortgagee immediately upon the receipt thereof by Mortgagor in the identical form received, but duly endorsed or assignxx xx xxxalf assigned on behalf of Mortgagor to Collateral AgentMortgagee.

Collection of Revenues. In connection with the exercise by Collateral Agent Xxxxxx of the rights and remedies provided for in subparagraph (a)(ii) of this Paragraph 1722: (i) Collateral Agent Lender may notify any tenant, lessee or licensee of the Property, or any account debtor either in the name of Collateral Agent Lender or MortgagorBorrower, to make payment of Revenues directly to Collateral Agent Lender or Collateral AgentLender's agents, may advise any person of Collateral AgentLender's interest in and to the Revenues, and may collect directly from such tenants, lessees and licensees all amounts due on account of the Revenues; (ii) At Collateral AgentLender's request, Mortgagor Borrower will provide written notification to any or all tenants, lexxxxx xxx lessees and licensees of the Property and account debtors concerning Collateral AgentXxxxxx's interest in the Revenues and will request that such tenants, lessees and licensees and account debtors forward payment thereof directly to Collateral AgentLender; (iii) Mortgagor Borrower shall hold any proceeds and collections of any of the Revenues in trust for Collateral Agent Lender and shall not commingle such proceeds or collections with any other funds of MortgagorBorrower; and (iv) Mortgagor Borrower shall deliver all such proceeds to Collateral Agent Lender immediately upon the receipt thereof by Mortgagor Borrower in the identical form received, but duly endorsed or assignxx xx xxxalf assigned on behalf of Mortgagor Borrower to Collateral AgentLender.
