Collection of Royalty Stream. Debtor may collect the Royalty Stream, but only in the ordinary course of its business and only until such time, upon or after the occurrence of a Default, as such privilege is revoked, in whole or in part, by Secured Party's notification to Becton to make payments directly to Secured Party. Debtor will take such action with respect to the collection of the Royalty Stream and of the proceeds thereof, as Secured Party may request.
