Collection Suit by Administrative Agent. If an Event of Default specified in Section 8.1(i) or (ii) occurs and is continuing, the Administrative Agent is authorized to recover judgment in its own name and as trustee of an express trust against the Borrower for the whole amount of principal of, premium, if any, and interest remaining unpaid on the Term Loans and interest on overdue principal and, to the extent lawful, interest and such further amount as shall be sufficient to cover the costs and expenses of collection, including the reasonable compensation, expenses, disbursements and advances of the Administrative Agent, its agents and counsel.

Collection Suit by Administrative Agent. If an Event of Default specified in Section 8.1(i7.1(a) or (iib) (Events of Default) occurs and is continuing, the Administrative Agent is authorized to recover judgment in its own name and as trustee of an express trust against the Borrower for the whole amount of principal of, premium, if any, and interest remaining unpaid 104 on the Term Revolving Loans and interest on overdue principal and, to the extent lawful, interest and such further amount as shall be sufficient to cover the costs and expenses of collection, including the reasonable compensation, expenses, disbursements and advances of the Administrative Agent, its agents and counsel.

If an Event of Default specified in Section 8.1(i7.01(1) or (ii2) occurs and is continuing, the Administrative Agent is authorized to recover judgment in its own name and as trustee of an express trust against the Borrower Company for the whole amount of principal of, premium, if any, and interest remaining unpaid on the Term Loans and interest on overdue principal and, to the extent lawful, interest and such further amount as shall be sufficient to cover the costs and expenses of collection, including the reasonable compensation, expenses, disbursements and advances of the Administrative Agent, its agents and counsel.
