Collections and Receipts. Child support agencies must direct or forward all child support payments or related payments received to the WI SCTF as soon as possible; not to exceed five (5) business days. The WI SCTF will post the payments into KIDS within two (2) business days. The State Disbursement Unit is authorized to receipt, and deposit support-related collections made payable to the County.
