Collections; Collection Account. (a) The Servicer shall remit within two Business Days of receipt thereof to the Collection Account all payments by or on behalf of the Obligors with respect to the Trust Student Loans (other than Purchased Student Loans), and all Liquidation Proceeds, both as collected during the Collection Period, and the Eligible Lender Trustee shall remit within two Business Days of receipt thereof to the Collection Account any Interest Subsidy Payments and Special Allowance Payments received by it with respect to the Trust Student Loans during the Collection Period. Notwithstanding the foregoing, for so long as no Administrator Default shall have occurred and be continuing, the Servicer and the Eligible Lender Trustee shall remit such collections within two Business Days of receipt thereof to the Administrator, and the Administrator need not deposit such collections into the Collection Account until one Business Day immediately prior to the next following Monthly Servicing Payment Date together with interest on such amounts (less Servicing Fees paid during such period) calculated on a daily basis from the first day of the month following receipt thereof by the Administrator to but excluding the day on which the Administrator remits such amounts to the Collection Account at a rate equal to no less than the Federal Funds Rate less 0.20%. In the event that the foregoing condition for ceasing daily remittances shall no longer be satisfied, then the Administrator shall deposit all collections held by it into the Collection Account within two Business Days of receipt thereof. (b) Notwithstanding the foregoing, if required by any related Swap Agreement and with respect to all Swap Payments due and payable by the Trust to each Swap Counterparty, the Administrator will deposit such amounts, but only to the extent funds are allocated for such purpose pursuant to Section 2.8, not later than the fourth Business Day immediately preceeding each related Distribution Date.
