Collections from Obligors and Remittances. Seller shall promptly remit all amounts received by Seller with respect to the Mortgage Loans to the applicable Custodial Account or Escrow Account in accordance with the related Servicing Agreement. Seller shall also make any compensating interest payments or prepayment interest shortfall payments required to be made by Seller with respect to the Mortgage Loans under the Deferred Servicing Agreements in accordance with the related Servicing Agreement.
