Collections, Legal Fees or Related. In the event that this Agreement is placed in the hands of an attorney or a collection agency for collection, or for legal action of any kind, Member agrees to pay all reasonable attorney fees in both trial and appellate court as the courts may allow, plus collection costs and disbursements.
