Common use of Collections Received by Transferor Clause in Contracts

Collections Received by Transferor. The Transferor shall hold in trust, and deposit, immediately, but in any event not later than forty-eight (48) hours of its receipt thereof, to a Lock-Box Account all Collections received from time to time by the Transferor (including without limitation, in the case of the Transferor, all Collections deemed to have been received by the Transferor under Section 2.9(a)).
