College Approval. An Employee may be granted sick leave with pay when the Employee is unable to perform the Employee’s duties because of illness or injury provided that the Employee satisfies the College of this condition in such manner and at such time as may be determined by the College, and provided the Employee has the necessary sick leave credits.
