College Contract Administration Committee. Representatives of the Federation and the College will meet on a mutually agreed upon date, place, and time once every month or on an as-needed basis for the purpose of reviewing the administration of this Agreement and attempting to resolve problems that may arise. These meetings are not intended to bypass the grievance procedure and shall not be used to renegotiate the provisions of this Agreement. Both parties may submit agenda items they wish to discuss. Neither party shall have control over the selection of the representation of the other party, provided however, that neither party shall have more than five (5) representatives.
