Common use of College Hours Clause in Contracts

College Hours. Section A Recertification The Board requires the same amount of college hours as required by the State Department of Education for recertification. If the June paycheck has already been issued, the teacher must reimburse the district directly. The board reserves the right to waive or reduce any penalty.
