Summer Hours Clause Samples
The Summer Hours clause establishes modified working hours for employees during the summer months. Typically, this clause specifies a change in the standard work schedule, such as earlier start and end times or reduced hours on certain days, often to accommodate seasonal changes in workload or to provide flexibility during warmer weather. Its core practical function is to formalize temporary adjustments to work schedules, ensuring both employer and employee expectations are clear and reducing potential misunderstandings about attendance and availability during the summer period.
