College Obligation Clause Samples
The "College Obligation" clause defines the specific duties and responsibilities that a college must fulfill under an agreement or policy. This may include providing educational services, maintaining certain standards, or ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. For example, the clause might require the college to offer particular courses, support student needs, or uphold accreditation standards. Its core practical function is to clearly outline what is expected from the college, thereby ensuring accountability and setting measurable benchmarks for performance.
College Obligation. The college/university and the District will not assign a student teacher, intern or a practicum student to an employee without first contacting said employee at least five (5) working days in advance of the assignment for concurrence.
