Collision Damage to Vehicles Sample Clauses

Collision Damage to Vehicles. Unit members required by the District to use their vehicles shall be reimbursed for collision damage to such vehicles, while performing duties assigned by the District, if an accident occurs without the fault or negligence of the Unit member. Such reimbursement shall be limited to collision damage not to exceed a maximum of one hundred ($100) dollars.
