Common use of Colorado Urban Renewal Law Clause in Contracts

Colorado Urban Renewal Law. In accordance with the Act as amended to the date of this Agreement (including the requirements of HB 15-1348 and SB 18-248), the Parties desire to enter into this Agreement to facilitate adoption of the Plan and redevelopment of the proposed Urban Renewal Plan Area described therein.
