Columbia Non-ERISA Benefit Arrangements. Effective on or before the Distribution Date, the Columbia Parties shall adopt, establish and maintain Non-ERISA Benefit Arrangements for the benefit of the Business Employees that shall be substantially similar to the NiSource Non-ERISA Benefit Arrangements.
