Column Movement After the First Student Instructional Day. If a bargaining unit member who has been held on Column I or II (under Sections 12.4.3.B or 12.4.3.C above) obtains his/her preliminary or clear credential after the first student instructional day of the work year, the unit member is eligible for column advancement on the Certificated Salary Schedule if the following conditions are met:
