Combine Scan. Combine all selected libraries in one list to scan. The scan results will show in only one preset library. (Fast. For general.) Select all library to scan If Colour/Freq. Scan is unticked in app Setting, the scan will run in default mode which end up with all the scanned result items without colour (Nutrition Light) and with all lasers ON (FULL) including scalar wave. If Colour/Freq. Scan is ticked in app Setting, the items of the scan result are in different colours (Nutrition Light) with different laser selection. The scan results will show after the scan is completed. Then, tab on Save Preset. Select the item you wish to save and tab on Save Preset again to save it into the Scanned Preset. Select specific item to save Select all to save Edit preset name When the presets are saved, tab on Discard and select Confirm to go back to Mandala Wand Home Page.

Once UC has been installed, NewPhone may request channel activation on a channelized facility and BellSouth shall connect the requested facilities via COCIs. The COCI must be compatible with the lower capacity facility and ordered with the lower capacity facility. Because switch recordings cannot accurately indicate on a per call basis when the Tandem Switching Network Element has been utilized for an interoffice call originating from a UNE port and terminating to a BellSouth, Independent Company or Facility-Based CLEC office, BellSouth has developed, based upon call studies, a melded rate that takes into account the average percentage of calls that utilize Tandem Switching in these scenarios. BellSouth shall apply the melded Tandem Switching rate for every call in these scenarios. BellSouth shall utilize the melded Tandem Switching Rate until BellSouth has the capability to measure actual Tandem Switch usage in each call scenario specifically mentioned above, at which point the rate for the actual Tandem Switch usage shall apply. The UNE Local Call Flows set forth on BellSouth's website, as amended from time to time and incorporated herein by this reference, illustrate when the full or melded Tandem Switching rates apply for specific scenarios.

In such event, the Exercise Price in effect at the time of the record date for such dividend or distribution or the effective date of such subdivision, combination or reclassification shall be adjusted to the number obtained by dividing (x) the product of (1) the number of Shares issuable upon the exercise of this Warrant before such adjustment and (2) the Exercise Price in effect immediately prior to the record or effective date, as the case may be, for the dividend, distribution, subdivision, combination or reclassification giving rise to this adjustment by (y) the new number of Shares issuable upon exercise of the Warrant determined pursuant to the immediately preceding sentence.
