Comfort Stops. There shall be a minimum of one (1) comfort stop of at least ten (10) minutes during each two (2) hours of travel. The first ten (10) minutes of such comfort stops shall be deemed part of the travel time. Time beyond the first ten (10) minutes, if any, shall not be deemed part of the travel time.
