Comingling of LNG and Regasified LNG Stream. (a) Subject to clause [10.10] of the Terminal Access Code, Terminal Operator shall have the right to comingle LNG received from Terminal User and store such LNG with LNG received from other Users and to treat and handle all LNG received from Terminal User and the other Users as Terminal Operator sees fit in exercising its discretion acting as a Reasonable and Prudent Operator and subject to the terms of this Agreement.
