Commencement and Completion of Work. a) The Agency shall give the Contractor at least seven (7) calendar days notice, in writing, of the date the Site will be handed over. The Contractor shall commence work within five (5) calendar days of the date of handing over of the Site and shall carry it out with all due diligence and without delay.
