Common use of Commencement and End Clause in Contracts

Commencement and End. This Agreement enters into force at the date written in the Invoice (the “Effective Date”). The initial term of this Agreement is written in the Invoice (the “Initial Term”). This Agreement is terminated on the day of expiration of the Initial Term. This Agreement may be terminated by either party prior to the end of the Initial Term if the other party is in material breach of any term or condition of this Agreement and such breach is not remedied for a period of thirty (30) days after the party in breach has been notified in writing of such breach by the other party.
