Common use of Commencement and Termination Dates Clause in Contracts

Commencement and Termination Dates. The term of this Sublease ("Sublease Term") shall be for the period of time commencing on the commencement date described in Article 1 (the "Commencement Date") and ending on the termination date described in Article 1 or on such earlier date of termination as provided herein (the "Termination Date"). Sublessee shall have no option to extend or renew the Sublease Term.

Sublessee shall have no option to extend or renew the Sublease Term.
