Commencement Date of Benefits Under Plan. Benefits for Employees becoming eligible as hereinafter provided shall commence as soon as practicable after the approval of this Trust Agreement and Plan by the appropriate governmental authorities as hereinafter specified, and the insurance policies or contracts contemplated by this agreement have been issued and are in effect.
