COMMENCEMENT LETTER. COMMENCEMENT LETTER. Landlord may send a commencement letter (“Commencement Letter”) to Tenant confirming the Commencement Date. The Commencement Date set forth in the Commencement Letter shall be conclusive and binding on the parties unless Tenant objects to the date in writing within ten (10) business days after delivery of the Commencement Letter.

COMMENCEMENT LETTER. Following the Commencement Date and the Rent Commencement Date, Landlord shall prepare and deliver to Tenant, Tenant’s Commencement Letter in the form of Exhibit I attached hereto (the “Commencement Letter”) which Tenant shall acknowledge by executing a copy and returning it to Landlord. If Tenant fails to sign and return the Commencement Letter to Landlord or provide Tenant’s reasonable comments on the Commencement Letter within fifteen (15) days of its receipt from Landlord, the Commencement Letter as sent by Landlord shall be deemed to have correctly set forth the Commencement Date and the other matters addressed in the Commencement Letter. Failure of Landlord to send the Commencement Letter shall have no effect on the Commencement Date or the Rent Commencement Date.

COMMENCEMENT LETTER. Landlord and Tenant will each sign and deliver to the other a Commencement Letter on the form attached as Exhibit E confirming the Commencement Date, the Expiration Date, the Rentable Area, and any other facts or terms that may be affected by improvements to the Premises.
COMMENCEMENT LETTER. Tenant shall execute and deliver a Commencement Letter in a form reasonably acceptable to Landlord within ten (10) business days of Landlord request therefor. Such Commencement Letter shall state the Commencement Date, Base Rent Commencement Date and Expiration Date.
