Tenant’s Obligation to Report Defects. Tenant shall report to Landlord immediately any defective condition in or about the Premises known to Tenant and if such defect is not so reported and such failure to promptly report results in other damage, Tenant shall be liable for same.

Tenant’s Obligation to Report Defects. Tenant shall report to Landlord, as soon as reasonably possible under the circumstances, any defective condition in or about the Premises actually known to Tenant, and if such defect is not so reported and such failure to promptly report results in additional damage to the Premises or the Building that could have been prevented or mitigated but for Tenant’s failure to notify Landlord, Tenant shall be liable for the additional amount of damage to the Premises and/or the Building resulting from Tenant’s failure or delay in notification. For purposes of this Section 7d, "actually known to Tenant" shall mean the actual knowledge, without any duty to inquire or investigate, of any employees of Tenant at the management level or higher; provided, however, that nothing herein shall create any personal liability for any such employees.
Tenant’s Obligation to Report Defects. Tenant acknowledges that Landlord is not obligated to maintain the Premises except as expressly provided in this Lease or to inspect the Premises. Tenant shall promptly notify Landlord in writing of any defects, damage or unsafe conditions observed in or about the Premises which are the responsibility of Landlord to maintain under this Lease.

  • Tenant’s Obligations Tenant’s obligations under this Section 30 shall survive the expiration or earlier termination of the Lease. During any period of time after the expiration or earlier termination of this Lease required by Tenant or Landlord to complete the removal from the Premises of any Hazardous Materials (including, without limitation, the release and termination of any licenses or permits restricting the use of the Premises and the completion of the approved Surrender Plan), Tenant shall continue to pay the full Rent in accordance with this Lease for any portion of the Premises not relet by Landlord in Landlord’s sole discretion, which Rent shall be prorated daily.
