Common use of Commencement of Elective Deferrals Clause in Contracts

Commencement of Elective Deferrals. A Participant shall be afforded a reasonable period at least once each calendar year, as specified in the Adoption Agreement, to elect to commence Elective Deferrals. Such election shall become effective as soon as administratively feasible, but not before the time specified in the Adoption Agreement.
