Common use of Commencement of Payment Obligation Clause in Contracts

Commencement of Payment Obligation. The Contractor's obligation to make payments to the Authority under this Contract shall commence on the effective date of the Contract, unless otherwise specified in the Contract. All payments shall be made in coin or currency of the United States of America, which at the time of payment is legal tender for public and private debts.
