Commencement of Pension. Effective as of the Close of the Distribution Date, each Xxxxx Xxxxxxx Employee who is a participant in the Parent Pension Plan shall be deemed to have terminated employment with Parent and, to the extent vested in his or her benefit under the plan, shall be eligible to request distribution of his or her pension in accordance with the terms of such plan.
