Commencement of Pension. Effective as of the Close of the Distribution Date, each Broadband Employee and Broadband Transferee who is a participant in an AT&T Pension Plan shall be deemed to have terminated employment with the sponsor of such AT&T Pension Plan and shall be eligible to commence his or her pension in accordance with the terms of such plan.
