Common use of Commencement of power supply from Generator Clause in Contracts

Commencement of power supply from Generator. The power backup from the Common Generator in the Project shall be commenced only upon 50% percent of the Co-owners (other than the Owner or the Promoter) taking possession of their respective Units in the Project and not before and the Allottee, in case it takes possession of the Unit before the said time period stipulated for commencement of power backup from Common Generator, shall not raise any objection, dispute or claim in this behalf. The Promoter shall have the discretion to reduce or waive the said requirement of minimum percentage of occupancy at any time.

The power backup from the Common Generator in the Project shall be commenced only upon 50% 75 (seventy- five) percent of the Co-owners (other than the Owner or the Promoter) taking possession of their respective Units house buildings in the Project and not before and the Allottee, in case it takes possession of the Unit Designated Property before the said time period stipulated for commencement of power backup from Common Generator, shall not raise any objection, dispute or claim in this behalf. The Promoter shall have the discretion to reduce or waive the said requirement of minimum percentage of occupancy at any time.
