Commencement of Services; Term of Agreement. Service Provider shall commence the Services upon City’s issuance of a written "Notice to Proceed." This Agreement shall be effective on , 2022, after approval by the City Council at a duly scheduled meeting thereof and shall continue in full force and effect through , 2024, unless otherwise terminated earlier by one of the parties pursuant to Section 16 of this Agreement. This Agreement may be extended by mutual written consent annually thereafter, not to exceed three (3) additional years, by providing such notice to the parties as identified in Section 21 of this Agreement.
