COMMENCEMENT TITLE. 4.1. This agreement shall be deemed to have commenced on and with effect from the ----- day of , 20----. 4.2. At or before the execution of this agreement the Purchasers hath fully satisfied himself or herself or itself about the right and interest of the Developer in respect of the said Flat and the said premises, the contents of the said sanctioned plan, the contents and purport of the said Development Agreement and modification thereto and also the total super built up area to comprise in the said flat and the common facilities and amenities attached thereto, including the absolute title of the Owners in respect of the said premises and hath agreed not to raise any objection or dispute whatsoever or howsoever or cause any requisition of the title in respect thereof. 4.3. The Purchaser has inspected the title of the Owners and the rights of the Developer in respect of the premises and agrees and covenants not to raise any objection thereto or make any requisition in connection therewith. 4.4. The Purchaser has also inspected the Building Plan duly sanctioned by Rajpur-Sonarpur Municipality. 4.5. The Purchaser has also satisfied himself as to the measurement or area of the Unit and has agreed not to challenge or dispute the same in any manner whatsoever. 4.6. The Purchaser has agreed not to raise any objection regarding title of the Owners and the Developer shall be entitled to modify or alter the said plan and/or submit revised plan to which the Purchaser hereby consents.

COMMENCEMENT TITLE. DRILLING, COMPLETION AND ABANDONMENT: All aspects of the commencement, title, drilling, completion, operation and abandonment of any Wellx xxxch constitute Net Wellx xxxeunder shall be governed by and performed in accordance with the Operating Agreements. By this Agreement, the Manager hereby assigns and transfers all of its right, title and interest under the Operating Agreements with respect to the Wellx xxxch constitute Net Wellx xx the Company, subject to paragraph II.C. above. The rights so assigned and transferred shall be determined solely by reference to the Operating Agreements and this Agreement shall not be understood or construed to create or confer any rights, duties, obligations, benefits or liabilities upon the Company with respect to the Net Wellx xxxch are not created for or conferred upon the Manager with respect to such Net Wellx xx the Operating Agreements.

  • Commencement and Completion The Work shall commence on _______________, 20__ and shall be complete in accordance with this Agreement without delay on ______________, 20__. The term “day”, used throughout this Agreement, refers to calendar days. Contractor shall not be entitled to any additional compensation for any Permitted Delays.   • Construction Commencement The Connecting Transmission Owner shall commence construction of the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities and System Upgrade Facilities and System Deliverability Upgrades for which it is responsible as soon as practicable after the following additional conditions are satisfied: 5.6.1 Approval of the appropriate Governmental Authority has been obtained for any facilities requiring regulatory approval; 5.6.2 Necessary real property rights and rights-of-way have been obtained, to the extent required for the construction of a discrete aspect of the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities and System Upgrade Facilities and System Deliverability Upgrades; 5.6.3 The Connecting Transmission Owner has received written authorization to proceed with construction from the Developer by the date specified in Appendix B hereto; and 5.6.4 The Developer has provided security to the Connecting Transmission Owner in accordance with Article 11.5 by the dates specified in Appendix B hereto.

  • Rent Commencement Date The "Rent Commencement Date" shall be the date that Tenant first uses the Premises or any portion thereof for any purpose permitted under this lease. In the event this lease pertains to a building or building interior finish to be constructed, the "Rent Commencement Date" shall be the date upon which the buildings and other improvements erected and to be erected upon the premises shall have been substantially completed in accordance with the plans and specifications described on Exhibit "C" attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, provided however, that if Landlord shall be delayed in such substantial completion as a result of: (i) Tenant's failure to agree to plans, specifications, and cost estimates, within a reasonable period of time; (ii) Tenant's request for materials, finishes or installations other than Landlord's standard; (iii) Tenant's changes in plans; the commencement date and the payment of rent hereunder shall be accelerated by the number of days of such delay, and provided further that if Landlord cannot substantially complete the premises as a result of any events (i) through (iii) above, Landlord may as its election complete so much of Landlord's work as may be practical under the circumstances and, by written notice to Tenant, establish the commencement date as the date of such partial completion, subject to any applicable accelerations due to delays resulting from events (i) through (iii) above. Taking possession by Tenant shall be deemed conclusively to establish that said buildings and other improvements have been completed in accordance with the plans and specifications and that the premises are in good and satisfactory condition, as of when possession was so taken. Tenant acknowledges that no representations as to the repair of the premises have been made by Landlord, unless such are expressly set forth in the lease. After such "Rent Commencement Date" Tenant shall, upon demand, execute and deliver to Landlord a letter of acceptance of delivery of the premises. In the event of any dispute as to substantial completion of work performed, execute or required to be performed by Landlord, the certificate of Landlord's architect or general contractor shall be conclusive.

  • Project Commencement The Grantee shall begin the grant-funded project <<on or before insert date>> <<within 90 days of the original start date of the grant term or grant execution date, whichever is later,>>, unless otherwise approved by System Agency. If project commencement is delayed, the Grantee must submit in writing to the assigned contract manager, the steps taken to initiate the project, the reasons for the delay, and the expected start date. System Agency may require Grantee to take immediate remedial or corrective action in response to any delay.

  • Occupancy After Foreclosure Any sale of the Mortgaged Property or any part thereof will divest all right, title and interest of Mortgagor in and to the property sold. Subject to applicable law, any purchaser at a foreclosure sale will receive immediate possession of the property purchased. If Mortgagor retains possession of such property or any part thereof subsequent to such sale, Mortgagor will be considered a tenant at sufferance of the purchaser, and will, if Mortgagor remains in possession after demand to remove, be subject to eviction and removal, forcible or otherwise, with or without process of law.
