Commencing Proceedings. A party must not start court proceedings in relation to a Dispute until it has exhausted the procedures in this clause 19 unless the party seeks injunctive or other urgent interlocutory relief.
Commencing Proceedings. Subject to a party’s right to seek injunctive relief, no party may commence proceedings in respect of this Agreement without first having complied with this clause 11.
